Oh please... there's a much better way to say it. Here. Much more subtle :)
Seriously though, while getting wolves and sheep to play together is an adorable goal, it's unlikely to produce anything good for any of the parties, including CCP.

Nerf the grinding farmers.
Once they can't farm, finaly they will understand that the real fun in this game is mid o small scale pvp or esploration.
Eve should be adventure, not money grinding!
You see, being predictably and repeatedly ****d while also being unable to do anything about it isn't most people's idea of adventure.
Lvl5s are not about money grinding. After you divide the profit among all the people you need to do it, it's not even that impressive. It's something of a virtual picnic with friends, a reason to occasionally get together and do something a bit different. There are people who only have so much time to play the game, enjoy cooperative activities with people they know and trust, and have no interest in entertaining virtual epeens of "teh hardcore players".
Moving lvl5s to lowsec means you have to de-facto "hold territory", which involves a lot more bull than a sane mature person would want to get involved oneself in. Yes, it might be sometimes possible for an average person to still do it, but only if they get extremely lucky. And it's just not worth it. Not even "monetarily" - it's just not the point. It's not the "weekend with friends" chillout experience they are looking for. And since such players seem to form vast majority of the people who pay for this game's development, CCP might want to consider cramming their precious vision of dark and violent universe up their own collective arse, occasionally. Just an opinion...
